Orders may be placed by phone during business hours by calling (727)462-9968,
or 24 hours a day by
using
our
Online Order Form.
PAYMENT:
We accept
the following as forms of payment:     
***Please Note:Your Credit Card records will show a
transaction for your order from, Need For Speed, Inc. This is the name
of our parent company. All Credit Card transactions are done under this
name.
We also
accept Certified Bank/Cashiers Checks and US Postal Money Orders. Please note,
although we do accept cash as a form of payment, we do not recommend sending cash through
the mail. We will also accept a Personnel or Company
Check, however, please be aware that your order will be held a minimum of 2
weeks in order for your check to clear.
GIFT CERTIFICATES:
T
& J Manufacturing Gift Certificates are available year round for any amount and
may be used towards any purchase. There is no return on Gift Certificates.
Gift certificates may not be turned in for "cash". Entire Gift Certificate
must be used toward purchase, change is not given.
SHIPPING:
T
& J Manufacturing uses UPS & USPS for all mail order
shipments. USPS is used for all APO's & FPO's.
RETURNS:
All returns
must include a Return Authorization Number which you can obtain by calling our customer
service department at (727)462-9968. The Return
Authorization Number must appear on the front of the package being returned.
Returns must be insured and the freight must be prepaid. We cannot accept
any items shipped C.O.D. If we've sent you a defective or incorrect item,
then T & J Manufacturing will refund you the return freight. All returns
must include a copy of the original Invoice and must be in
new &
unused
condition, and must be in the
original packaging.
Merchandise can be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt, for a
refund, T & J Manufacturing credit, or exchange. Merchandise may not
be returned after 7 days. No returns will be allowed on Gift Certificates.
ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 25% RESTOCKING FEE!!!
DAMAGE CLAIMS:

& J Manufacturing takes all necessary precautions to ensure that all orders are packaged properly and
that you receive them in good condition. Please inspect your order completely while
the delivery driver is present and have he/she note any damages. If damages are
found after delivery, call the carrier immediately for an inspection.
DO NOT CALL T & J MANUFACTURING, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR FREIGHT DAMAGES.
DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED MERCHANDISE TO T & J MANUFACTURING.
The carrier will take all
necessary steps to settle the claim.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS:
The customer is responsible for freight both ways on any shipment for which
delivery is refused.

PRODUCT WARRANTIES:
All of our products carry a 1 year warranty against manufacturers defects.
If you feel you have a defective product, please contact us so we can help you
further.
